1. Purpose
The purpose of this Equality and Diversity Policy is to affirm UK Learning Hub's commitment to creating and maintaining an inclusive learning and working environment where diversity is celebrated, and everyone is treated with dignity and respect. This policy applies to all learners, staff, contractors, partners, and other stakeholders associated with UK Learning Hub.

a. Senior Leadership: The senior leadership team at UK Learning Hub is responsible for championing equality and diversity, ensuring that these principles are embedded in the institution's culture and practices.
b. Managers and Staff: All managers and staff have a responsibility to implement and adhere to this policy, promoting an inclusive and respectful culture within their respective areas.
c. Learners: Learners are encouraged to actively contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment by respecting diversity and reporting any discriminatory behaviour.
5. Training and Awareness
UK Learning Hub will provide training and awareness programs for staff and learners to promote understanding and implementation of equality and diversity principles.
6. Review of Policy
This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and may be revised as necessary.
